The number of companies with international capital reached 32,604 in Turkey as end of 2012. According to data received from Economy Ministry that, as end of December 2012, there were 27,110 companies and branches with international capital and 5,494 companies with international capital have also shares in Turkish companies. 3,020 companies with international capital are operating in construction, 3,000 of them in transportation, communication and stockade services and 1,868 of hotels and restaurants.
