LONDON, Dec. 26, 2025 – Ceyda and Rezvan celebrated their union in one of the most glamorous weddings of the year, as friends, family, and notable figures gathered to witness the couple exchange vows at the Prince and Princess Wedding Hall. The evening event, held from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., was marked by joy, music, and a lively atmosphere.
The bride’s parents, Çiğdem Ali and İrfan Davulcular, and the groom’s parents, Aşkın and Hüseyin Deryadeniz, stood by the couple throughout the evening, sharing in their happiness.
Ceyda and Rezvan Tie the Knot in a Glamorous London Wedding
Ceyda and Rezvan tied the knot in London at one of 2025’s most glamorous weddings, attended by family, friends, and prominent figures.
Celebrities and VIPs Attend the Celebration
The wedding drew a number of prominent guests from politics, sports, and media. Among them were Consul Turan Oğuzhan Gönültaş representing the Turkish Consulate in London, Enfield Council’s Environment, Planning and Climate Change Cabinet Member Cllr Sabri Özaydın, Councilor Ahmet Karahasan, Cambridge FC Board Member and former TTFF president Mehmet Mimoğlu, former TTFF president Kemal Soyer, Europe Media Group President Vatan Öz, London Turkish Community President Mehmet Paköz, CTCA Cyprus President Kenan Nafi, heads of Turkish schools in the UK, TTFF board members, and well-known politician Ayfer Orhan.
During the celebration, the bride’s father and President of the Turkish Community Football Federation (TTFF) in the UK, İrfan Davulcular, spoke about the special day.
Avrupa: This is a very special day for you. How does it feel to see your daughter get married?
İrfan Davulcular: “Thank you for being here. Being a father on such a day is truly unique. It’s the first time I am giving a child away in marriage. Even though my daughter is 28, today I felt as if she were still a little girl. We have sent her off to her new life, and I am very happy and excited. I am confident in my new son-in-law. To all fathers out there: do not worry – one day they will spread their wings.”
Davulcular also highlighted a milestone for the Turkish federation: “Our federation, founded in 1976, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. With the strong support of Enfield Council and Council Leader Ergin Erbil, we have secured new facilities and football pitches for our community. From now on, our teams will play on our own fields, and young players can enjoy football throughout the week.”
He concluded with a message for the community: “I would like to thank everyone attending our wedding. I wish a healthy, peaceful, and football-filled new year to young people in the UK and Turkish-speaking communities around the world.”
