Istanbul will host United Nations Forum on Forests between April 8 and 19. Turkish Forestry & Water Works Ministry stated on Wednesday that Minister Veysel Eroglu would co-chair the forum which would be held under the theme of 'forestry and economic development'. 197 UN-member states have been invited in the forum. During the forum, Eroglu will brief the participants about the effects of forestry on economic developments.
