Tracey and her Toyboy

It looks like Tracey Emin is not only about creating art in an exhibition but also living her own life as an art. At the moment, Tracey has a new lover, Ben, who is 22 years old and happens to also be an artist. Tracey, herself, happens to be 49 years old.

I think it’s so cool that she has a toyboy lover. You know you’re cool and got style when you’re in your forties and you can pull twenty somethings! There’s no picture of them on this page, but when you do get to see them together, you’ll think they’re really suited. They both look very arty and well obviously they are very arty! They have the same kind of look. The couple are currently, as I write this, holidaying in the amazing St Tropez, which I know from my own experience, lives up to its hype. So thumbs up on the holiday front for both of them.

I think this is supposed to be Tracey’s first significant relationship since her split with then boyfriend, Scott, which happened two years ago. That was apparently a big heartbreak for her. The best medicine, in my wisdom, to get over someone is to not think about them and to go out and have fun. If someone messes with your heart, don’t be a prisoner to it, this is your life and you only live once.  We’re often stuck in our own bubbles but there are millions of people out there to meet.
