Magnitude 4.5 earthquake hits Black Sea

A moderate earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 earthquake hit the Black Sea on Tuesday, but there were no initial reports of damage or injuries. The quake took place at 2:44 p.m. at a depth of 8.4 kilometers below the surface of the Earth, the Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute at Boğaziçi University said. The quake was also felt in İstanbul, which has a Black Sea coastline.
