She was forced to dash out of the television studio on Tuesday after her dress burst open live on air - but there was no chance Susanna Reid was letting that happen again.  The Good Morning Britain presenter, 44, was back on the show the following day, wearing a higher-necked orange dress which had a pretty floral pattern.
