Two equal international level events - the International Forum of Media and Tourism and the Festival of Balloons were organized in Kunayev. The media forum, which is attended by representatives of about 15 countries and many regions of the country, is important. "In Almaty region, if entrepreneurs build tourist facilities, 10% of their expenses, 10% of roadside service facilities, 25% of tourist buses are provided. By the decree of the Head of State, Almaty region is divided into two, and the new regional center is Kapchagay city D. Naming Kunayev was a historical justice. As it is the first time in the region, I congratulate the regional leadership on this historic decision. As you know, there is a saying among the countries "history begins with Sumer", and our history begins with the Ile River.

Even the ancient Turkish calendar year counting is related to the Ile River. Since the establishment of Kunaev, extensive events have been organized. As the akim of the region said, media information propaganda is very important for the development of tourism. Today's forum, which combines media and tourism together, will help develop tourism in Almaty region," said the minister.
