Godiva Chocolate Cafe in Harrods Knightsbridge

 Chocolate Cafe

Turkey's Yildiz Holding bought Godiva, the Belgium based chocolate company, in 2007. I thought I better get that out of the way first to justify writing this article. This is not just an article on any random chocolatier. Anyways to cut to the chase, there is a Godiva Chocolate Cafe in Harrods, Knightsbridge. Obviously going there was a good excuse to write an article. It wasn't just for the chocolate!

So yeah I love this cafe! I am always on the look out for cool eateries and I definitely feel Godiva's Chocolate Cafe doesn't get enough mentions. It's a chocolate cafe, and so many of us are crazy about chocolate, so who wouldn't want to check out this place? I went along to the cafe with a friend, and obviously it's suitable to take any good company along, but I think this place is a dream place to take a date. There's a lot of choice on the menu but the chocolate fondues are so romantic to share with a lover. My friend and I chose to have the classic fondue, which included melted chocolate, banana, strawberries, croissant pieces, and marshmallows. The photo is evidence of the delicious fondue, but honestly words and the photo alone do not justify how yummy it was.

So if you're around in the Knightsbridge area, you have to check out Godiva's Chocolate Cafe. It is now one of my favourite cafes. Put this place on your bucket list and have a good excuse to treat yourself.
