An explosion in the eastern German city of Blankenburg has injured at least 25 people, officials said on Friday.
Magdeburg police said on Twitter that the explosion happened at a residential building at about 8.55 a.m. local time (0755GMT).
The cause of the explosion was not immediately clear.
