The awards are considered one of the most significant indicators of travel industry performance and customer satisfaction, with voting open to both industry peers as well as the general public. Cyprus Paradise and Direct Traveller have been nominated in the 'Best Small Holiday Company to East and Southeast Europe' category. Direct Traveller is also in contention for 'Best Escorted Tours Holiday Company', whilst The Discovery Collection hopes to be named 'Best Special Interest Holiday Company'.
