Creativity isn’t just for people who make their living making art. Creativity is the bridge which joins the hearts with the essence. If people tapped into their creativity, their lives would be so much more meaningful and their lives would have so much more flavour.

If people are not fulfilling themselves creatively, they can feel stuck and depressed. Well, it is never too late to make a decision. What exists is the NOW!. You can too make a decision to make an effort to discover your creative side. The transforming process begins in the present.

There’s a basic tool that Famous author Julian Cameron recommends to everyone who is trying to work on their creativity, and that is morning pages, which are three pages of longhand morning writing about any topic. I personally have tried this and I find that when I work with morning pages, I am moved into working on my creative projects. She says this three pages of longhand writing should be about anything and everything. They are not like a journal. She urges people to give morning pages a fair try. Twelve weeks of doing them brings about a huge change.

I have been trying this and I think the pages can become positively addicting! In my case, it means going to silence. When I write, I think and talk less! I feel so much more centred. Going to essence gives better results and it is to go to the unity of concentrated energy. In the silence you are creative, then you go to action; to the colour and sound.

There is depth in the works of real artists. Depth always harbours secrets. Leonardo Da Vinci, Picasso, Michelangelo and many other famous artists have been everlasting because they reflect their inner depths.

The important thing is to reconnect with yourself. When we are creative we become happier. It is a space of connection and being in tune. Creativity is being in the connected moment, Stay connected!
