A Syrian MI-17 helicopter was warded off on Wednesday by two Turkish F-16 aircraft after it reached 4.1 knot near the border, stated the Turkish General of Staff. Two Turkish F-16 aircraft, while on air patrol duty over Gaziantep-Hatay region, directed to the south of Yayladagi/Hatay region, after a Syrian MI-17 helicopter approached Turkish border. The Syrian helicopter left the region after two Turkish aircraft were directed.
