North Cyprus Tourism Centre Runs Late Summer Campaign

The North Cyprus Tourism Centre is running a high visibility outdoor advertising campaign in a bid to boost holiday sales for late Summer, as well as Autumn and Winter.

At the centre of the campaign are prime poster sites in Stansted and Manchester airports, as well as on the London Underground. In addition, the simplynorthcypus.com brand can be seen in various national titles including Food and Travel and the Sunday Times Travel Magazine, as well as Current World Archaeology Magazine, which recently ran an article on the ruins of the ancient city of Salamis. Forthcoming activity includes a joint campaign with leading tour operators, which will run on www.travelmail.com. Meanwhile, the on-going London taxi branding campaign continues throughout 2012. Speaking of the current activity, North Cyprus Tourism Co-ordinator, Kadir Doruhan said 'The weather in the UK this summer has been such a disappointment that it is a fantastic time to reach out to holidaymakers and remind them that there is plenty of sunshine to be enjoyed in North Cyprus.' 'We are hoping to capitalise too on the feel-good mood following the London Olympics' he added. The North Cyprus promotional campaign is being run by Turkey and North Cyprus specialist, Ocean Advertising, part of Wave Media Partners. North Cyprus tour operators have some great holiday deals available.
