In the series of ''The Things On My Mind'' the artist focuses on the women's world which is private and full of sins,which is based on her own life.Young artist Likos' s life is like every women's life. Apart from others, she makes her reality visible with her paintings. She is the woman in the painting but when it's hung on the walls of the gallery, she becomes any women who is observing it. In her first serial,we watch her as she's alone in bed or somewhere uncertain, now in her new serial,she goes out and joins into the daily life.
The artist tries to explain a world that she's living with contradictions. Man-woman,life- death, sexuality-illness, etc... It's important to point out, Likos uses Ying Yang, which is known as a harmony of contrasts as a reference. This is why, it's not a coincidence that she's prefering to use balck and white in her works.
What Tracey Emin produced ''Confession Art'' in the 90'S, Likos, interprets this as it is in nowadays geography and time,she shares what's she is doing with the colorful forms with audiences instead of revealing what's happening in her life, jauntily.
