I am sure you are all aware of the power of love, what it can do 

Allow me to give you more information about; love is the best medicine for some serious health problems such as depression, fatigue, stress and stress related diseases, immune disorders, etc 

When you love you change your behavior when you are in love you change your perspective . Your perspective is the way you observe your life.

Where the mind goes energy flows, when the love exist your life is love and everything is lighter and shiner color. You are more understanding your level of acceptance is higher than before the only stress of yours is …..

When you are in love and when you share the love with your significant other , you make love not only by your physical body and also you mind & spritual wellness.

Making love can change everything about your body staring with your hormones , which is Oxytocin  (hormono of love) and Dopamine which is neurotransmitter these are the very common hormones that in love people produce.

Neurotransmitters help your nerves to communicate and protects you from certain nervous sytem problems. Everytime you make love you make your body to create dopamine so it does affect your nervous system in a good way.

Life without love can do lots of thngs to you and your nervous system, start your day acknowledging your love to your self and keep on telling others that you love them, do not be scared to make love with your significant other if you want to be healthy.
